1.Currently, he’s working as a senior IT program/project manager with XXX. His responsibility is to oversee and implement overall IT (product, operation) strategies, policies and plans initiated by the company. He used to work as a project manager but he got promoted and project managers are reporting to him. He also worked with XXX as a T3 Consultant (MFGPRO) and stayed there for 3 months but he needs to be back in Hong Kong. He also worked as a team leader with XXX and basically doing project manager tasks. He also worked with XXX as a software engineer. His roles are to formulate and implement overall IT strategies. Mainly doing coding tasks wherein he used PHP, HTML, and CSS. Previously to that, he worked as a programmer with XXX. His roles are to develop, test and deliver projects.
2.He specialized in program/project management. He can handle both project management and technical aspects of being a project manager.
3.He was able to visit some western countries in US and Germany for implementations for XXX and XXX.
4.He was able to worked with a start-up company before in India named XXX for 3-4 years when he was a freelancer. Willing to work with start-up companies since he likes innovation and providing more ideas to help the company to grow.
5.Agile – Yes, he even has a certification with Prince2 agile. He added that he’s also implementing it with XXX.
6.DevOps – CI/CD/Jekins/Docker – Yes, he’s been using Spring Boot microservices and been using these technologies.
