1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She recently worked at XXXX, her role was a service provider and as the delivery lead for XXXX. Her main job or responsibility was to provide the end-to-end delivery service across the whole project delivery, project process and project budget. She is responsible for the sponsorship ownership and stuff relevant to the top leaders and apart from that, nearly around 6 years with the XXXX and XXXX as the IT chapter lead, which is also the IT manager within the organization.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is strongest in project management and digital transformation when she was in a banking group in 2018. She is familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodology. A project she has done is the submission when she stayed with XXXX Bank, to provide the service to one specific business team and need to help the team launch one specific product to the China and Hong Kong market. The role was mostly to interact with the different business owners and the different top leaders and involved around 100 team members including the staff and service provider
