1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
   With 25 years of experience in the industry. Her career change from technical to consultant. Her last position is in business development and currently she is in the project development again. She develops her skills in XXX because she stays there for 15 years, and she is mostly on the product/ program management. She mostly works with the partner, indirect and direct teams. She works with the hunters and hunt businesses which is also related to sales. It involves bidding exercises, how to handle global account, small- medium business account, or the key accounts in each country. She travelled to Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore to help renew the contracts with the partners and perform investigation with the CEO or COO. She also doing it with the help of other teams. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is good in maintaining and creating a relationship with the other individuals. She rates her skills for that 4 out of 5.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   She has an experience in EDI for 2-5 years and rates herself 3 for that skill and rates her skills when it comes to project management as 4 out of 5.
