He has a 27 year overall work experiences in different sectors especially as an engineer and a project manager. For the past 17 years, he’s in the senior manager level. He is involved in a lot of business processes such as in warehouse, logistics, transportation, supply chain etc. His expertise is from the property and construction and always proud that he is a civil construction engineer. In XXX, which is a Japanese company/firm involves in a property and construction businesses in Malaysia. In XXX, he is in charge of the management and operations businesses. They build houses then lease it to the tenants and he needs to manage the logistics in Malaysia.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He has a strong background in the project and supply chain management and rates himself for those skills as 5 out 5. He said that project management is vary wide and depends on the sector that you will be dealing. First you need to plan the time, SOP, resources planning, network planning, use the system for the planning, and logistics etc.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With 27 years of experience in the engineering and PM field and have some background when it comes to using EDI/XML mapping. He always does mapping related to different businesses perform by their company. Rates his skills in EDI/XML mapping as 3.5 because even though he does not use these kinds of mapping a lot, he still has an experience for it.
