1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has overall 5-6 years of experience on the industry and has been with XXXX for the past 6 months as a Senior Specialist; he is focused here on three things including response program in XXXX collaborating with XXXX on managing the demand in Hong Kong, he’s also responsible for a small energy platform, an energy management system for their corporate customers to monitor their energy usage, and his team is also engaging with different banks to collaborate in the field of green finance; he’s also involved on the business development side of that. He started his career with XXXX as well as a graduate trainee where he did more on a general management program, focused on financial valuation and also research, after sometime he moved to an investment bank to do equity research and then later on, joined XXXX again for an Engineering role responsible for AI projects doing data visualization and analysis. He also has some experience on project management for some energy projects so he’s good with a mix of finance and engineering.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on management especially IT project management since he has been doing this for most of his roles; also good with customer management since he’s also involved in the customer experience team in his current role. He also came from mechanical engineering background and received his CFA chartership recently.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has lots of experience in customer or client facing activities since his current role requires them to meet different clients every day, mostly corporate and institutional clients of XXXX in Hong Kong. He’s also involved with energy management system so he has to answer lots of queries from users; they are currently collaborating with Uplight which is their main service provider.
