1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he then joined XXXX as a graduate trainee and started his career there as an Engineer. He has been rotated in different departments in the power station so can say that he knows XXXX well. After that, he transitioned from engineering to business management and was an Assistant Project Manager for engineering projects before including boiler system, combustion system, and stuff like that. Recently, he got an offer to become a digital product manager in the same company so he’s been handling internal China BU clients in XXXX and help them deliver two products at the moment.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his project management skills and has been doing this for about 5+ years. Most of the projects that he’s been into has been on the engineering side and also has his PMP certification. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 when it comes to project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He’s an experienced project manager for about 5+ years now and has been working with XXXX for about 8+ years now so he’s really exposed and familiar with the company. Not an expert and not a very technical guy but has good understanding of cloud services in terms of project management. Also has been involved in deploying and implementing SAAS for the last two digital products that he did; one is the modelling tool for their internal client hosted in AWS and the other one is for their external vendor where it is an application that will help trace the renewable energy for them. Quite familiar and knowledgeable with handling such prdoducts/projects.
