1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a Project Manager at XXXX, handling E&M projects for XXXX. He is working closely with engineers, assistant engineers, site supervisor, and workers including welders, fitters, electricians, and C&I workers. Before that, he was an Assistant Project Manager for XXXX also involved in XXXX projects with them. Was also a Contract Resident Engineer for XXXX before where he did Project for Turbine & Boilers Pressure. He has been working with XXXX projects for over 10 years now. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be teamwork and client-communication. He is also good with getting the requirements from the clients and proficient with catching with the latest stuff in the market. For project management, he is quite comfortable in doing it since he has been doing it for several years now. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He has a been a project manager for energy industry for about 5+ years now, mostly handling projects for XXXX so he’s quite familiar with the company. He has also been doing projects and jobs with XXXX way before for about 10+ years now. He is mainly involved in engineering projects for them. For cloud services, he doesn’t have much hands-on experience in it but is planning to take future courses since he believes that cloud technology will be a trend in the future.
