1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started working for XXXX which is a Japanese game company, he started there as a developer and later on was promoted to senior developer and also team lead. The two major delivery during this company is XXXX and XXXX. After that, he founded his own startup called XXXX and later on this was sold to XXXX, started to work with XXXX and did vendor work for hire for XXXX and did everything for their client from game design and so on. He switched to XXXX and XXXX after several years where he worked as a Game Producer for APAC. He was also an Executive Producer for XXXX, was also the Co-Founder of the startup. After that, he was COO and Head of Studio for XXXX where he worked on different mobile games in APAC, covering most of Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. After studying for some time, he went back to the industry and is currently the Executive Producer in XXXX where they mostly doing web3 related stuff, fintech projects, and such.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be team leading, he’s good with scheduling and production rise as well. Good with also project management and knows how to deliver projects and keep going. He’s also well-versed with stakeholder management and keeps close communication to them, has good morals when working on his projects. He can code as well with blockchain and AI/Web3, can do Scrum and also can easily be of help to developers and the whole team.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is excellent with both product management and game development. Also has experience with full game development cycle from game concept, design, development, and publishing. He’s a very big fan of 4X games and would love to work on it as well, he’s working currently on a FPS game and believes can work confidently on 4X games as well.
