1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated from one of the largest engineering school in France, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and specializing in IT as well. After that, he started working for XXXX as a Consultant where he spent couple of years in development, testing projects, project management, and business transformation. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Senior Project Director where he managed lots of small projects and the last two years there, he was full time on two very big projects, mostly HR outsourcing transformation both platform and ERP. He then decided to do his MBA in Hong Kong and did his training in Beijing, then went back to Hong Kong where he worked for XXXX as a Manager basically started with management consulting/strategy project and then later on worked as  a PMO where he managed all the finance, helping the whole team for delivery, and such. Then spent few years with XXXX as a Program Manager and Lead Consultant where he worked on digital transformation business cases, building and identifying them, and was involved with actual development as well. After some time, he moved to XXXX as first a Digital Transformation Senior Program Manager where he worked on a mobile application project and then was transferred to Associate Director position where he managed a team of 8-9 product managers who were working against every market on different initiatives, while at the same time, still doing his own projects. He is currently with XXXX as an Associate Director, Programme Delivery Vitality which is an AIA company as well, where he still works for most of AIA projects.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be product and program management, both delivery and transformation. Most of his career he was doing complex program/product/project management, business analysis, and some architecture design as well. Good as well with resource planning and financial reporting; he also has great people management skills and has handled about 30-50 people as his biggest team.
