Currently working with XXXX as a Project Manager where she is doing both technical business analyst and project management. She is working closely with the IT delivery team and business part such as proposing some digital project application modernization, data migration, and such projects. Also, as a project manager, she is responsible for the work from end-to-end, from very early stage of discussion, solution on the business case, and finally get the project approved. Before this, she was a Sr Business Analyst/Project Manager for XXXX, Sr Programmer Analyst for XXXX, and started off as a Web Developer for XXXX.

Strongest skill would be her analytics skills that is honed by her technical background as well. She is also good with understanding what the user wants and help to translate these requirements back to the developers.
