1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has multiple exposure with different industry such as R&D centers, retail, telecom, energy sector. To summarize his career path, he is an innovation and transformation expert, has lots of experience in dealing with stakeholders, bridging between internal and external vendors as well as stakeholders. He is currently with XXXX as a Manager for FinTech, PropTech, and Art-Tech where he mostly serves as a business development bringing in customers and new projects with the coverage of AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, computer vision, and some robotics application as well. He has customer relationship experience from this role and also with XXXX and XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be innovation and transformation since he has been doing this for most, if not all, of his roles in his career. Most of the things he does is building new things from zero to one, bringing in new projects, implement new system software and such. In terms of business development and customer relationship management, he rates himself a 4 out of 5 in both his skills and experiences since he has worked most of the times for large corporations and very senior stakeholders where he had to be the one dealing with their enterprises and R&D projects.

   He has more than 7 years of experience in doing customer and relationship management especially with his role in Konew and the recent ones he had are heavy customer-facing roles as well.
