   He has experience in customer success roles, primarily within internal teams but also in consulting environments. Additionally, he has experience working for a vendor company. His career has focused heavily on AI and automation. His primary tech stack includes RPA for process automation. His expertise lies in program and project management for digital solutions. One of his previous roles directly relates to this position. He has experience working at XXXX and previously worked for a vendor company called XXXX, a Chinese startup established eight years ago with a global market. He joined them as a pre-sales representative, but his role included some delivery aspects as well. This experience familiarized him with the pre-sales process and prepared him for customer success roles.

His strongest skills were problem-solving, project management, program management, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. He leaned more towards the technology side and stayed updated on the latest trends, including AI.

At XXXX, he led a team of about 10 people within the COE, focusing on automation projects and developing Robotic Process Automation solutions.
