1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has almost 30 years of overall experience now and started off with XXXX as a contract programmer and then after several years, offered him a permanent job and started to do lots of projects on different migration programs for banks in Hong Kong and Singapore as well. He was also involved in lots of production support and has designed a whole system. He was with XXXX for about 12 years and joined XXXX afterwards as an IT Lead where he was involved in several projects as well. He also was a Business Consultant for XXXX where he was stationed with XXXX and did product implementations for HKMA, Singapore, Thailand, and Australia. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Country Technology Manager where it is more like an incident management role. After that, he then joined his last company which is XXXX as the Head of Application and Change where he was involved in building and implementing lots of systems for the company and clients.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be team and project management since he has been doing these for several years already. He likes talking to people and building good teams.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for almost 20 years now and is mostly focused on banking domain. Good knowledge with cloud services and platforms, he has used lots of it during his time with Emperor Group including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Ali Cloud. Not very hands on since he has the team to do it for him but he is knowledgeable with how to use it, the tools, and the platform in general. In XXXX, has lots of SAAS delivery and the latest one was a customer service platform that is connected to WhatsApp and WeChat in China.
