1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the industry for about 20 years now and has been in the ICT field since then. His last job was with XXXX where he was the Head of the ICT Project where they have built smart campus and he’s in charge for all the smart campus systems. Before this, he was with a project with XXXX as a Project Manager where he spent lots of years in Mainland. They have worked on shopping malls, office buildings, super luxury hotels and services; he was in charge there of consultancy engagement, design, construction, and implementation of software as well. He started off as a Deputy Project Manager & Senior Engineer for XXXX where he led the in-house and external design teams as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his leadership skills; he is a quite well-trained leader working for large scale projects so he’s confident handling big technical projects as well. He also is good with the technical side from infrastructure network to software and applications. Aside from this, he also has strong business sense since he finished his MBA before.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He is interested with positions in the software side and also good working with infrastructure side if there’s any opportunity from there. He has worked before for XXXX where he has worked on data centres, both hardware and software; he also has experience with E&M during that time.
