1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he started his IT journey and has been working in the industry for about 20+ years now. He has diverse experience in the system development since he started off as a programmer. After that, shifted to infrastructure and operation. He has worked in different industry such as trading, security, and insurance industry. He was previously the Head of Infrastructure for XXXX where he is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure platforms for bot on premises and cloud-based. Before this, he was the Head of Infrastructure for XXXX as well and an IT Infrastructure Manager for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be infrastructure and operation and has been working on management skills for a couple of years already. He believes he has an all-rounded skill; even though he has the technical sides, soft skills, and management skills, if he is to choose the strongest, it would be infrastructure and operation.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has experience with project management for more than 10 years now, mostly doing infrastructure-related projects including data center relocation, etc. Doesn’t have experiences with energy/utility industry but has been interviewed by CLP before for Infrastructure Specialist position so he’s quite familiar with the process and CLP background. He is quite confident when it comes to cloud services since this is what he mostly does for last role. For SAAS implementations, he has worked closely with developers and he was involved in the infrastructure platform side and the operation as well.
