1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Have been working in the IT Industry for over 25 years and has rich experience in different IT management areas including project management. He has worked in a number of large enterprise including his last role with XXXX as the Head of IT and Infrastructure Support for Asia where they are offering support in HK and China offices. His main responsibility is to support all IT Infrastructure services including networks, servers, storages, backup voice systems, and other technologies. He is also the one responding for the project management of all projects every year and he has managed/completed over 20 projects during his stay there. In the past, he also worked for several banks including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX mostly as Project/IT Manager. For his project management experience, he has delivered over 100 IT projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be IT Management and has been doing this for roughly 20+ years. He has been involved in different companies focusing on the IT management area so he’s quite confident in his skills because of his accumulated experiences in the different companies/projects he has been. He rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to IT management in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is strong with project management since he has been doing IT management for lots of years now. His main industry is within the financial services industry and doesn’t have much experience working in the energy/utility industry although he is open to learning it and flexible in taking up different projects. He has taken some courses in cloud services so he’s good with cloud services especially Azure. Has also been involved in some SAAS using Microsoft Services.
