His expertise in IP networks like MPLS and NPR and holds a professional diploma. His earlier work included electronics, semiconductor devices, automotive electronics, and consultancy projects for government departments. He considered a groundwater project but declined due to budget constraints. He then worked at XXXX, managing technical services for engineering projects, including radio communications and mobile phone networks. After a reorganization led to his team's layoff, he moved to a role installing CCTV systems for the MTR.

His strengths lie in engineering and technical aspects. He can design ICT or telecom systems for tendering projects. He has experience in handling telecoms or IT projects from bidding to implementation. This demonstrates his project management capabilities.
