1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been doing IT professional services for more than 10 years and covering few domains such as finance, manufacturing, retails, and government sectors. He started off with more technical roles such as Solutions Architect, mostly for IoT solutions and then becoming more into managerial positions eventually. He is currently an Engagement Manager with XXXX where he is involved with understanding the customer’s requirements from the service standpoint, defines the scope, and provide excellent quality service to them. He has been into professional services that enhances the adoption of their products (software rights), security and also ensure the customer success which he is also a part of in his current role.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his business acumen and great technical skills since he started off as an Engineer, later on transforming into more of a technical pre-sales person and managerial positions as well. He has great experience engaging with customers as well, giving them proposition, promote their solutions, and technical business consulting as well. Currently, his role is 60-70% technical and 30-40% business related.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has more or less 10 years of experience in IT professional services including customer success and relationship management; he is also currently part of their customer success team in XXXX. One of his biggest customers at the moment in HK is CLP so he’s quite familiar with them already and how the process works for them. Also has experience with implementing SaaS solutions in his current, previous roles.
