1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s currently working with XXXX as a Senior Manager where he is in charge of four countries including Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Korea. He is responsible for IT services and operations as well as client facing activities mostly for data center services; his day-to-day work includes facility management and operation management for their projects and facilities. He has been dealing with different vendors such as CLP, and other global customers in implementing all their infrastructure projects and he is currently with a team that reports to Singapore, there is a facility technician that helps him perform day-to-day monitoring and support of their facilities while he also manages and support from end-to-end internal and external audit.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his expertise from end-to-end implementation and management of IT Infrastructure projects. He also has solid experience in the internal and external audit, securities, and also project management. During the course of his career in current company, he has done lots of automation and re-engineering, mostly focusing on data center and technical facility management. On top of that, he is well-versed with handling global customers including ones from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Korea.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   On his current role, he is mostly dealing directly with customers, manage their problems, and handle global customers as well for about 18+ years now. He also has worked with CLP in expansion of power setup mostly for their customers and stakeholders; they worked with them in setting up the IT Infrastructure. Experienced with SaaS applications as well and they are also deploying it for their customers, although they have some internal support to work with them on that.
