1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Came from a software engineering background and started off as a Programmer, Analyst, and later on became Manager for several companies in Hong Kong and Singapore. He was a Manager for Technology at XXXX where he handles four teams. After that, came back to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as an Enterprise Solution Manager where they worked on a model to trace the sales revenue of the company and also was involved with some presales and is also helping with the integration between software and hardware. Currently, he’s an IT Manager at XXXX where he was focused on leading Motor IT teams; coming up with new strategies and automate their workspace. He is also involved in lots of projects here in XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his application development and technical background since he came from the software engineering background. Another strong skill is his cloud service experiences; he is mostly involved in on premise or SaaS systems. He is also proficient with project management since he has lots of involvement in different projects. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 10+ years of experience in the project management side and has been doing this since he worked in Singapore for XXXX. He also has PMP Certification. Not much experience working in the energy industry but is more focused on the banking and finance sector, also worked for government clients. Knowledgeable and strong with cloud services, he’s most familiar with AWS and Azure. Also have some experience with SAAS platforms and implementations, the most recent one they did was with D365.
