1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX as an IT Program Director where he ensures all integration from XXXX environment to the XXXX environment including the compliances, requirements, regulatory needs, and such. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT Data Senior Project Manager where he was also involved in cloud migrations. Also worked with XXXX as an IT Program Manager where he led major program on cloud services within APAC resilience program. Prior to XXXX, he worked as a Project Director for XXXX where also led major programs for their products on cloud services and insurance products. Worked as well as a Regional Account Manager, Program Manager for XXXX, and started off with XXXX again as an IT management training.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his communication skills and can easily translate very difficult technical terms into layman terms. His experience with meeting different head of equities, derivatives, he needs to explain IT challenges, IT solutions proposed, and various discussion that needs to be communicated to them into simpler terms instead of IT language. He is also good with IT management since he started off as a system analyst programmer as well and that’s when he progressed with IT project management

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 20+ years of experience in the project management and has worked for utility industry during his time with XXXX where they handled projects with CLP, Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Exchange, and such. Has handled lots of cloud-based projects and is familiar with both AWS and Azure, has used them both for recent companies. Also has experience with SaaS solutions, recent one was with XXXX where they revamped all their software to SaaS from the enrolment, subscriptions, etc.
