1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been a project manager for the past three years and last role was with XXXX where she was overseeing around 20-25 projects daily and also worked on workshops and tech-related things with her team. She also worked with the engineering team to develop some automation programs with Python or VBA. Most of the projects they handled here are digital publishing, internal software, and pharmaceutical industry related projects. Before this, she was an Operations Officer for XXXX where it was more of a customer-facing role. Her education background is on the Psychology part but her interest is within the technical side such as programming, coding, and backend type of things.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be problem-solving, also good with project and people management. Throughout her career, she had handled some small teams and managed team members such as project managers as well. Ensures the quality of their projects and she’s innovative as well.
