1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After she graduated last 2016, she joined several business development roles since the start of her career. She was a sales manager before for XXXX in Singapore where they basically specialize in events and congresses for the HRM community in SG and Southeast Asia in whole. She was involved in selling in two streams: digital side (social medias) and sell sponsorships for congresses. During her time with XXXX, she got the best sales performance for 2 months and after that, joined XXXX where she did business matching for Italian businesses. She is currently working with XXXX as a Lead Engagement Manager where she is responsible as a delivery manager or a customer success manager. She is in-charge of delivering the project end-to-end from the inception to the end. She is also responsible for finding accounts. When she’s in SG, she focuses more on the financial services and health sector and when she came to Hong Kong, she is basically focusing on everything.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be client relationship and she is good with reading non-verbal movements/expressions from her client. She knows the clients reactions and their body language as well. She is also good with project management side; managing people at the end, managing clients and stakeholder management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for about 3-4 years now since she is involved with sales/account management before. Not much familiarity with CLP but it is an account that they have been chasing for a while now. Knows the general side and has high-level understanding of what cloud services are but not heavily involved technically. Has experienced managing SAAS implementations as well but not heavily involved with the technicalities.
