1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is experienced with IT project management and business analysis mostly on industries including automotive sales financing, supply chain, and digital transformation. His last role was a Manager/Administrator Solutions for XXXX where he is responsible to support the administration team to provide IT supporting and project management services to help their internal users. Before this, he was with XXXX as an IT manager where he led an internal team and work onsite with external supporting team to provide service to their end users. Another relevant experience of him is with XXXX as a Senior Analyst where he worked for different IT projects to support the application enhancement to XXXX affiliate.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management since he has been doing these for quite a while now. He is also strong with communication and coordination with different class of functions/teams. Rates himself a 3-4 out of 5 in project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has around 10 years of experience with project management and mostly focused on the banking, financing, automotive financing, and logistics. During his work in previous companies, he has the experience with working on the systems administration team and has touched Microsoft Azure for some cloud migration projects; he also did migrate on premise systems to cloud-based one. Has some experience with SaaS solutions but not very hands-on with it recently.
