1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was a Manager for XXXX where he was responsible for being the project director to manage and oversee project implementation and delivery for their customers. Before this, he was a Project Manager for XXXX where he managed implementation of internal projects and also was involved with product development. He was a Project Manager as well for several companies before this such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Earlier on his career, he was a Senior Consultant for XXXX, ERP Manager for XXXX, IT Manager for XXXX, and Consultant for XXXX. He started off with more technical roles such as System Administrator.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be cloud-based implementations from one cloud to another. He has used lots of cloud platforms already including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Most familiar with AWS since he has worked on this more. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in using cloud platforms.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has over 10 years of experience in IT project management, mostly working on manufacturing, retail, and government industry so not much experience with energy/utility industry. Strong with cloud platforms, most familiar with AWS and also has worked with Azure. The latest SaaS solution he delivered was during his time in XXXX which is XXXX for live streaming and VOD, XXXX and XXXX for all members which are all cloud-based.
