1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?|
   Has extensive experience with customer success and has worked on this area for almost seven years now. His previous role with XXXX was a Project Manager involving setting off customer and managed their accounts as well for daily operations; he has experience with service management as well. After that, he was a Principal Cloud Architect for XXXX so he’s been working with cloud for the last 10 years. He was also a Customer Success Manager for XXXX and currently a Manager for XXXX where he is leading both internal and external stakeholders to make decisions on various projects.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be program management and also handling portfolio of customers for multiple projects at a time. Also has good understanding of managing IT services and has good understanding of SaaS products as well.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 7 years of being in the customer success management roles. Has good understanding of SaaS products as well since they have developed a custom system for a local bank from hardware to software. Has been working with cloud for the past 10 years and mostly familiar with Oracle, AWS, Azure, and even AliCloud. Hasn’t worked for an energy company/client before but is mostly focused on FSI, retail, hospitality, and some public sectors as well.
