1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    Has 20+ years of diverse experience in different project management role including building project, IT infrastructure such as data center, implementation, financial system for companies, and was mostly involved in the projects from the start to the end. He is currently managing most of the projects in XXXX; allocating resources, seeing clients, going to conferences/meeting, and meeting new deals. He has about 40+ full time staff and some outsourced contractors and consultants. They are mainly on the solar panel/renewable energy side. Before this, he was a project director for XXXX, and was a General Manager as well for XXXX

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his proficiency in handling projects and different things; also know quite a lot of people in the industry. Probably had hundreds of projects during his entire career and not one of them have actually been delayed or lose track of the budget, something like that. Can say he is much confident in project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is an experienced project manager currently working for an energy company in Hong Kong. Although he is in the director level already, he is quite interested in focusing more on handling projects only. He has worked several times closely with CLP during most of their solar energy projects and has done some projects for them during his time with XXXXand XXXX. He has some knowledge and experience with cloud services but will not say that he’s a specialist in it.
