1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career as a Web Designer in UK and moved to London and worked as an IT Support, focused more on troubleshooting and also helped building ERP systems. After that, moved back to Hong Kong and did different kind of IT Technical jobs such as Network Technician, HelpDesk, IP Assistant, but after some years, joined XXXX as a Project Manager; although he started off helping on their website, he was later on assigned to handle their projects. He was also a Product & Project Manager for XXXX where he was mainly responsible for handling few projects and chipset migration with more security features for some banks. After that, joined XXXX as a Project Manager where he also was in charge for some insurance company banks in Hong Kong. He also was a Manager for XXXX before joining XXXX as a Multi-property IT Manager where he was involved in the technical side and also doing some project managements.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management especially in IT operations; he is also proficient with troubleshooting, doing some roadmaps, etc. He also has good leadership skills, including teamwork and great communication. Proficient with problem-solving skills and gained all of these from his past experiences. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to project management in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is heavily involved in both application development and project management roles; he’s done lots of application development especially during his time in XXXX. Also good with developing product strategies and effectively communicating to stakeholders since this is what he is doing as a project manager. Knowledgeable with different project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc. Not much experience with data warehouse but is knowledgeable with it. He has been a project manager for about 11+ years now and has worked mostly for financial and banking domains. He is also proficient with cloud services especially AWS and Oracle; has done some migrations there before. Has done SAAS as well for XXXX but already quite a long time; hasn’t done SAAS recently for XXXXand XXXX.
