1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She started off as a Design Engineer at XXXX where she used to design oil and gas refineries for their particular instrumentation and control field. After that, she worked with XXXX as a Design/Senior Design Engineer where she worked on similar projects as to what she was doing in XXXX. She then joined Mahindra as an Associate Quality Consultant mostly working on their audits and quality reviews for couple of projects for them. She switched to XXXX as a Project Lead where she was working as a senior instrumentation engineer for the basic and design engineering of the oil and gas plants. After that, she joined her current company which is XXXX where her initial project was into the nuclear power, she also handled a team of five people in some of her projects here that later on grew to about 8-10 people. She has been working for the last 7-8 years in XXXX as a project lead/project manager.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management since she has been mostly doing these for the past few years and also working closely with the management team and clients. She was involved with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, handling, and customer escalations and recently moved into full time project management rather than technical roles.
