1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She’s currently the project/product manager for XXXX, a software vendor company for casinos, where she is leading a team of nine engineers/developers basically doing front and backend. She is also working directly with both technology team and other stakeholders where she collect requirements from. Before this, she was mostly in the banking domain as a Product/Project Manager for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in NY, USA.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her good communication skills, having good sense of technology background, good understanding of the logic behind execution of ideas, handling feasibility and timeline things, and being able to sort of come up with new ideas. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to project management in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for quite some time now and did some side/contract projects for power plants for solar energy before where she was like a business development/project manager. Also has experience with cloud platforms and currently using AWS for their deployment. Working for a SaaS company so has lots of hands-on experience on it.
