1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a PMP certified with 18 years of experience in the IT Industry majoring in the telecom industry and gaming industry. He started off as an IT developer where he also worked as an Analyst, IT Technical Lead, and IT project manager. Currently, he’s working as an IT Program Manager in PMO for XXXX where he is working for a telecom in Europe and one for an Australian telecom. He is managing 2 Agile teams currently in XXXX, both are doing Scrum and he’s also managing the tools and processes for their development teams. Before this, he was with XXXX where he managed distributed teams across different locations and worked on waterfall delivery model or agile model. Also was a Release Manager for XXXX where he was responsible for establishing the release management framework. Before this he was a Program/Project Manager for XXXX and was also a Project Lead for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be getting their work delivered to their customers, he is good with handling and managing remote people working in different time zones, different culture so he’s good with planning and getting works delivered together with his team.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 10 years of experience in project management and rates himself a 4 out of 5 in it. He is also a PMP certified and has been doing this for the last few years, managing different teams and projects. Has worked on multiple projects which are all cloud-based; currently working on a cloud-based platform and is trying to come up with a new tool that can replace their current legacy product. Mostly familiar with AWS platform and has delivered SaaS solutions before which was mainly for the managed services of XXXX, fulfilling their customer needs whether IP services, transmission services, and any other collaboration services.
