1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career in XXX which is a small company way back then and their manager is not literally a manager but a coordinator. Later on, when he worked on the XXX , their project manager is like a business manager both in the managerial and IT integrations. When he worked in the immigration department, he doesn’t exercise himself as IT manager or even project manager because he only works on those project roles and duty on the HK government support. When he moved to Seasons group, he was acting as the manager in charge for the development team, infra, factory, and efficient development. During that time, he takes projects to serve the company and the major project he has been done was the SAP implementation and do it 3x.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   For his skills, he rates his skills in programming 2 out of 5. BA, 4 out of 5, and for his skills in project management, he rates his skills 4 out of 5 and with more than 5 years of experience doing it. He doesn’t involve himself too much in the development because he has team that can work in terms of programming and coding tasks. He mostly does BA roles and work on a project team. He needs to collect the information, simulate those for the stakeholders because they have different kind of mindset. Try to gather things and see how they will compare with the existing system or make a new one.
