1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working in the financial services industry for number of years already. He started off as a programmer then kind of switched to project management and now managing large scale projects across different regions from Hong Kong to Singapore to Asia Pacific area. Most of his projects are kind of multi-year projects which consists of managing cloud infrastructure, cloud implementation for software of different platform. He has extensive experience in project management for different initiative, project implementation in terms of risk management, manage external vendors like Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, and others. He was a Senior Business Transformation Manager for XXXX and was a Senior Project Manager for XXXX where he managed portfolio of complex digital initiatives. He was also a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager for several different banks such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his communication skills, problem-solving skills, and leadership skills since he believes that these three are the most important skills for a project manager or a project director to have. He owns all these skills to resolve different problems and achieve the project goals according to their budget, timeline, and various constraints. For the technical side, he is proficient with Python, C++, and Cobol; for platform, he is good in working with client-server platform and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, OpenStack, and such.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 20+ years of experience in the project management and is mostly focused on financial services and banking domain during the course of his career. Have both used and worked with AWS and Azure for cloud implementation, also including Google Cloud Platform. Has experience in delivering SaaS before and mainly software such as CRM platform, Change Management platform, and DMS.
