1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is in Hong Kong for a construction for more than 20 years. He is a graduate with a degree and master’s in building construction and project management. In his career, work in XXX  construction and XXX design consultant. In his career, he earns a lot of knowledge in management and how to complete the project and to fulfil the project requirements in the company. In his 10 years he worked in more than 5 companies, and some includes A&A works. He also worked in a lot of different nature types of projects such as a hospital projects and learn much more for the constructive industry. His recent project last for 1 and a half year and mainly focus on the newly built projects is a construction data center and need to coordinate with the consultant but different parties and different stakeholders to HK projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He said that he is strong when it comes to managing a project with technical issues. He is also good in the negotiation process. He has an experience in project management and said that he starts doing it from 2005, so he has an experience for 17 years and rates his skills for PM 4-5 out of 5.
