1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been doing project management for over 12 years now but started off as a technical guy doing programming and gradually progressing to senior system analyst and then project management. He is currently a Project Manager with XXXX where he leads a project team in delivering mobile banking applications for their clients. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Project Manager and has been doing the same role for several different companies before such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his understanding of different industries operations since he has worked for different areas such as telecom, public utilities, financial institutions such as banks, retail, and has done lots of government projects with different departments. Also has strong analytical skills and strong technical background which is a leverage for him to easily communicate with technical staffs. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to project management and leaves the other point for himself to improve.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for about 15 years now and has worked previously for one of CLP projects during his time with XXXX. He is good with cloud services as well since he has done projects in AWS before and also uses the services of it. Rates himself a 3-4 out of 5 in terms of his technical skills and knowledge about cloud services. Also did some small projects using Microsoft Azure before. Not exactly involved with SAAS implementations but has the knowledge regarding it.
