1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a programmer and later on, learned how to be a project manager and joined XXXX as a Senior HRMS Consultant where he was assigning projects to programmer and keep track of their progress. After that, joined XXXX as an Associate Project Manager where he did some government and commercial projects. Then he joined XXXX where he was a Technical Consultant where he handled cybersecurity projects and implement cybersecurity products. After that, went back to his first company as a Project manager and now leading a technical team with about 40 people and do different projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his knowledge in the HR domain and HK neighbour law. He is also good with project management since he has been doing this for years now and quite confident in his skill in it. Rates himself a 3.5-4 out of 5 in project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has 7-8 years of experience when it comes to project management, although not having experience in the energy or utility industry. Also knows the basics of different cloud services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and is most familiar with Microsoft Azure. Also has been involved in some SaaS delivery and implementations during his time with XXXX.
