1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a project manager for 10+ years now and most of the projects he handles is about the digital transformation of different agency; he has done some campaign website apps, notification program, and some data programs as well. His main responsibilities include some pre-sales, do the project plan, monitor the projects, utilize project management/workflow tools, and such. They also frequently needs to do stand-up meetings and do deployment plans, allocate resources, and monitor the status of the projects. There are times that he needs to be a more technical project manager where he needs to directly reallocate resources to programmers, QAs, and other departments.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his IT background and his ability to understand the language of programmers/tech team and translate it to the language of client or different stakeholders. He is only good with project management and is a problem solver as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He is a strong project management and has mostly worked for different agencies such as advertising and marketing agency, some production as well such as FMCG, hotels, and such. Not a really hands-on guy when it comes to cloud services/platforms but has been doing lots of website projects of different kinds of campaigns for their services. Has touched both AWS, Azure, and Ali Cloud depending on the needs of their clients. Have some projects related to integration on different platform such as salesforce integration, data platform, etc.
