1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the IT Industry for about 20+ years now and his major focus is on infrastructure. He started his career in some technical engineering roles then after few years, switched to project management doing virtualization and some PMO as well. His last role was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he was involved in some projects to build a new business for the company. Also has worked for a year contract with XXXX as a Program Manager and was with their security team, he was in charge of running and tendering the program and up to implementation. Before XXXX, he was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he was doing in-house infrastructure projects and delivering new enterprise management and user computing. He also had the chance to participate in moving the traditional waterflow project manual process to agile one. Before this, he was also a Project Manager for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and was a Technical Services Manager for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his communication skills since he has deal and communicated with lots of department such as the vendor, the PMO, the engineering team, he knows how to communicate and let everybody know the progress and the bigger picture of their projects and what they’re doing. Also good with handling different processes especially during his time in XXXX and XXXX.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has 15-20 years of experience in project management and has worked for XXXX before as a Program Manager for a year, he was with the group security team and not on the IT team. Has the knowledge of cloud services/platform on a project manager perspective but not very technically hands-on with it. Not much experience in delivering and implementing SaaS, mostly focused on the infrastructure side of things.
