1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working for XXXX as a Remote Support Leader where he is responsible for managing and distributing the daily work, they also are responsible to fix all issues; providing L1 remote support and updates customers through data entry. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Key Account Quality Manager where he was responsible for the quality and reliability of enterprise and telecom Ethernet switches and networking peripherals. Before this, he was mostly a Product Support Engineer, Account Manager, and Marketing Manager as well. He also has good hands on experience with electronics since he has been working with the industry for quite some time now.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be problem solving and order management as well. He is also good with innovating new ideas to help the company that he is joining to improve their current processes.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing project management for about 10+ years now and has experience working in energy-related company when he was with XXXX. Familiar with both AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud service. Not much familiar with SaaS but would love to learn more. He is also good with FPGAs and has worked on lots of it during his time with XXXX, they need to do lots of debugging on it as well. Has done lots of technical data analysis and testings as well. He is more familiar with schematics, PCB layouts, and also both digital/analog circuit.
