She is currently an Associate Manager in Product Management at XXXX, where she began her career with the Innovation Hub team, gaining four to five years of experience in a dynamic, startup environment. Following a company-wide reorganization, she transitioned to a role focused on power and shifted her responsibilities. At XXXX, she was a Digital Product Manager, primarily working on carbon-free solutions like solar panel system revamps and energy efficiency projects, mainly for B2B clients. Before XXXX, she worked as a consultant at XXXX Consulting on a global website revamp for DFS. She also held a product role at XXXX, focusing on internal customer systems, and began her career as a management consultant at XXXX in London.

Her strongest skill would be product development and also project management and her ability to learn quickly and also communicate effectively between cross-functional teams like engineering, marketing.

For client facing experience, she has 6-month intensive B2B pre-sales and after-sales experience of working at XXXX CEO office - modulising and productising XXXX e-commerce functions, curating pitch decks and product catalogues, market research, P/L projections and supported CEO in pitching to 15+ corporate clients in HK, Macau, France and Indonesia. After 2 deals were sealed, she also drove the delivery sprints, implementation and early stage user training. At XXXX, she also has over 2 years of actively involved in B2B pre-sales and after-sales activities, she was often requested to join sales meetings to introduce XXXX products, also after sales meetings to conduct user training, troubleshooting, user research for enhancement, etc. She has successfully implemented SaaS products, including a 24/7 energy matching platform for XXXX's China team and a cloud-based solution for automating chiller plant management in commercial buildings. Her experience includes writing user stories, collaborating with UX/UI designers, and overseeing sprints to ensure timely product delivery. Also, when Innovation Hub was dissolved in late 2023, she was the Exit Strategy Squad Lead, responsible for establishing, communicating and executing the exit strategies for over 30+ corporate clients, and acted as the implementation PM among Engineering Team, Data Team, DevOps Team and Customer Success Team.
