His project responsibilities include customer acquisition, proposal creation, budgeting, delivery, costing, project management, support, and payment management.

His strongest skills are in delivery management, accounting for 50% of his role. He spends 30% of his time with the present and the customer. The rest of his time supports the sales team, including pre-sales activities and customer engagement.
