   She began her career in project and product management after studying hospitality management in Las Vegas. Returning to Hong Kong, she joined a SaaS company as a project consultant, working on SaaS implementations for hotel launches, which laid the groundwork for her project management skills. She then moved to CLP, an innovation company focused on energy optimization and decarbonization, where she advanced from a product owner to an associate product manager. Currently, she is a project manager at Telstra, managing enterprise-level projects and ensuring budget and timeline adherence.

Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between technical teams, such as engineering or development, and front-end clients. She addresses communication challenges by translating developers' struggles, ensuring timely delivery, and managing client expectations.

 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
At XXXX involves working with internal stakeholders and different chapter leads, but her customer-facing experience is more relevant to her previous roles in as project consultant. In past positions, such as in hotel implementations and at CLP which is an energy company, she worked with both clients and development teams.
