1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working as an Agile Scrum Master for XXXX where she is mainly responsible for implementing Agile, be a Scrum master, and a Product Owner as well at times. They are working on a project which is focused on a data risk mitigation, currently the Scrum master and Dashboard Product Owner for this project. Before this, she was a Senior Product Manager for XXXX where she was a Product Owner for performance management where her customers are also the employees of the bank; she started off in this company as a Project Manager and Junior Product Manager. Started off with XXXX as a Management and Technical Consultant including different HR projects and implementation projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her great ability in building product roadmaps and turn this for what is best for the products and customers at the same time. She’s also good working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that all parties are happy with the roadmap.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has lots of experience as a Product Owner and building products/working with clients for about 5+ years now. She is also good with understanding what her clients need; during her last job in the bank, the product is heavily affected by the client’s decisions. She also has lots of experience with customer-facing jobs and other client-related activities that helped her built nice and good products for customer’s use. Not much experience in the gaming industry but is very good with the financial area.
