1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working as a Project Manager for XXXX before wherein he’s involved in lots of IT implementations with the operations teams. After that, joined an insurance company as a project manager where he handles the entire transformation projects and coordinates with various decoders such as finance team, settlement team, legal team, etc. Currently, he’s setting up a new entity for Macau businesses, resolve issues on a daily basis, and attend to lots of meetings with stakeholders, committees, and director levels.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his stakeholder management skills and believes that this skill is very important as a project manager since you need to deal with different kind of people on a daily basis. Another strong skill for him is his coordination skill with different departments (outsourcing IT department). When it comes to project management, he can rate himself a 3-4 out of 5 in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for about 3-4 years now and has been mainly working for the financial service sectors. Not much direct experience with the energy/utility industry but has knowledge in those areas. Have the fundamental knowledge of cloud services including AWS, Azure, but doesn’t have direct and much experience on it yet. Pretty much experienced in the implementation stage of SAAS however, a brand new software development might be a challenge for him.
