1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated in the XXXX with Bachelor of Engineering and after that joined a China semiconductor company where they focus with semiconductor equipment and at the same time studying with his Master’s degree in Materials Engineering. After that, joined lighting company and optical fibre communications industry. After that, he joined XXXX as a Technical Manager, joined another medical company to be an R&D Engineer for a biomedical device. He is currently working as a Project Manager at XXXX where he is focus in advanced manufacturing.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his technical expertise and sales/project management skills; he is good with people and stakeholders, good with understanding what they really want and to balance their interest and advantages. He is also proficient technically as he have about 20 international patents and can say that he’s strong with patent analysis and more likely on technical sales.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is currently a project manager but he handles specific projects/technology only including semiconductor projects, fiber optics, and optical fiber communication projects. He also have some experience in the utility because it’s kind of what they are doing in XXXX, they need to take care of industrial buildings including different utility equipment facilities. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in project management if it’s going to be the projects that he’s expert on handling. Not much of an IT guy so not heavily involved with cloud services and SAAS although he has the knowledge.
