1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as an entrepreneur and founded his own company which is a pharma in-licensing and out-licensing platform. After that, he moved to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as a Project Management Head where he took care of their operations in Hong Kong. They have concentrated more on SMEs on their developments and stuff and was taking care of project management, getting projects outsourced from India. They did a mobile application portal development and was pretty much using waterfall, after several years, moved to Agile. After that, he decided to move to fintech and joined XXXX as a Project Manager again where he did digital transformation and mitigation from the existing legacy code based in different tech stack to Java. After that, he joined XXXX as a Senior Consultant where he was a member as well of the Agile transformation.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill and expertise would be in terms of project delivery, adding organizational transformation with his previous experiences such as project portfolio management, project delivery, and digital transformation. Strong with project management and rates himself a 5 out of 5 in it.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 16 years of experience as a project management and has worked for some XXXX projects before during his time with XXXX. He is also quite knowledgeable with cloud services and has used both AWS and Azure already. Has lots of SaaS delivery experience and the most recent one was the procure to pay application for government sourcing firm which is a cloud-based solution and was deployed in multiple locations and countries such as Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and India.
