1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a Product Manager for XXXX where he managed the development of new products with a team of programmers and creative members. He is also the one here setting up product features and directions, and facilitate strategies/marketing events. After that. He is currently a Senior IT Manager for XXXX and he is responsible for managing most of their IT resources and IT development for the whole firm. Recently, he also has developed a system using AI technologies to compile everything and do all human work instead of waiting for their reports for few hours.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management and team management as well, he has managed teams before and on his current role.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has lots of experience as a project manager both technical and non-technical. Also has done successful projects during his stint with XXXX and XXXX. Not much experience in the energy/utility industry but is focused more on the IT and fintech side. He is more familiar with AWS cloud platform and also has involvement with SaaS solutions although not the one directly implementing them.
