1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After studies, he has worked in various industries including retail, luxury, hotels, and was the frontline for most of them. He was previously with XXXX as one of the opening team of customer experience; they consisted of about 50-60 people in the team. He was responsible there for departmental planning and cost control of the customer service’s team and overview some of the operations. Currently, he’s a Senior Manager for Customer Experience with XXXX where he manage properties and launched management company few months ago. He is also involved here with the daily operations, enhancing/building systems and apps to enhance their workflow and customer journey; basically they want to implement more tech in their industry. They will also implement this experience in Hong Kong to Guangzhou, China.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be customer experience; he has also tapped lots of topics in computer science and has worked on different tech companies with the development of their apps and systems; has experience developing Salesforce, big CRM database and system. Aside from that, he’s good with crisis management and business development as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has Bachelors in Hospitality but has great knowledge of computer science and has lots of experience on the tech side since his time with XXXX up until now with XXXX. Has more than 10 years of doing customer-facing roles, on which 6 years of it are in the pure customer experience in the tech side. Previously has worked with some energy companies such as CLP and others where they have worked on reducing electricity bill and smart meters. Has experience with SaaS products especially salesforce and CRM; currently using AWS for cloud platform.
