1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the IT industry for about 25 years now and started off as an IT Engineer and Assistant Manager for his first three companies in Hong Kong. After that, he was a Senior Consultant for XXXX where he consulted and deployed projects for their clients about migration and transition of infrastructure. Then worked as a Contract Senior IT Engineer for XXXX where he supported the IT Infrastructure Team to support over 3000 users and he is mainly responsible here for whole server infrastructure and training of the team. He also have supported their Azure adoption and migration at that time. He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Manager for IT Operations where he led the IT Infrastructure and Operation team and did lots of IT projects.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management since he has deployed lots of projects in his whole career; all of them are successful and deployed in time. One strong skill for him as well is his ability to learn and he is continuously learning technologies required for him to work efficiently. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for about 10-12 years and has experience with the energy industry since he was a Senior IT Engineer with XXXX before that makes him knowledgeable with the system and process of the company. He is also knowledgeable with cloud services since he frequently uses and works with it especially Azure. He also have involvements in deploying/implementing SAAS and the latest one they did was with ISS Facility Service, for a hospital client; it is a cloud-based portering service for the hospital using Microsoft Azure.
