1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off with XXXX and XXXX working around supply chain procurement, customer advisory in the tech space implementing bits of technology to help clients improve their processes. After that, he has worked for the global team as well for XXXX where he was working with a partner in Germany and colleagues in US/Europe. He was the head of Asia there for operations consulting and has worked with partners around the Asia region. After that, he went to Hong Kong and worked for XXXX as a Business and Technology Transformation Director where he was involved in lots of operations and technology driving projects. After that, worked for XXXX as a Chief Operating Officer where they worked for XXXX to develop a product for air cargo using computer visioning. He then moved to XXXX where he was the Head of Operations where they sourced for rugs from India, Turkey, and China and sell it Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and the US. In these last two companies, he has built data analytics using PowerBI to enable a better reporting for them. His last role was with XXXX as a Senior Manager where he was responsible for the operations and technology and work with IT guys in implementing their own system to manage risk.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his good understanding of processes and operations since he has been doing this for the past few years. Also good with managing projects; figuring out what’s wrong with a project, identify the problem, and give a solution to that project. Also good with working with people and get his team on working together.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for several years now and has spent a lot of time in telco utilities company; their main client there is Kirby and G for about five years as well as Telstra. Knowledgeable as well with cloud services/platforms especially AWS and Azure since he has handled and oversee lots of IT and functional teams. Has done lots of SaaS solutions as well during the past few years especially in terms of deployment and API integrations.
